Processing Times
Once you have placed an order, it will join the queue to be made and sent out to you. This usually is between 1-2 working days, however this can increase during busy periods such as Christmas.
When ordering an estimated delivery window will be shown. I can never promise an exact date but do offer an express postage option if you need it faster.
Print Quality, Sizes and Paper
I take pride in supplying the best quality prints possible, to all my lovely customers.
So your print is produced using high quality Archival Inks on a professional photographic printer, printed onto 230gsm Matte Archival paper.
This ensures your print won't just look good today, but will last for a long time to come!
Various paper sizes are offered from 4x6" up to A3+ and many of these are also offered with a print only or framed option.

Print Frames
I offer frames on the majority of the sizes offered on my prints.
These are perfect for sending direct to someone special as a ready to gift present.
Frames are british made wooden MDF, with a nice matt black finish (more colours maybe added over time).
They come with plastic plexi glass for added safety especially around children.
The 4x6, 5x7, 10x8 and A4 come with wall mount and stand up options. A3, 10x10 and 12x12 come with wall mounting option only.
Please note these are lovely but still affordable frames, so if you have a specific design, colour scheme or more premium frame in mind, select the 'Print Only' option to add your own frame.
Design Preview
When ordering I will use your provided information or files to make your chosen print.
If you want to double check your design to make sure its just as you pictured, then please ask for a preview when ordering.
Once made I will then send you a digital preview of your design to check before its posted out.
This will be sent to your registered email address used at checkout. If you havent recieved anything after 4 working days please drop me a message in case there's an issue with your email used.
Digital Download Prints
When ordering a Digital Download item this will be sent to you via email to the email address used at checkout.
No physical item is sent for Digital Download orders. If you would like an actual physical item please order one of the various sized prints offered on the listing.
Digital prints take the same time to create (1-2 working days normally)
Clothing Design, Material & Sizes
For my Babygrows, Shirts and Hoodies I use the best quality materials available for a affordable price.
This gives my customers a fully personalised item without breaking the bank.
I use a process known as sublimation to imbedd your design into the material. This means you can wash it without fading the design (following wash instructions on the label to protect the garment).
For best results imbedding your custom design the garment requires a high Polyester count.
Each garment (hoodies, babygrow, etc) have different sizings so please see the size guide within the images of the listing.

Delivery
All physical orders (non digital download items) will be dispatched with either Royal Mail, UPS or Evri (depending on destination and size).
UK Orders include free delivery with Royal Mail First Class, which should arrive within 1-2 working days.
Every item is put within protective packaging to keep your gift as safe as possible.
Express Processing and Postage
If you are needing your gift as fast as possible, i offer an express postage option at checkout.
This upgrade will mean your gift is made the same or next working day and sent out with Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) or similar express international postage option where available.
Local Collection & Delivery
If you are located close to Wakefield I am able to offer local or delivery in some instances so you can collect your order sooner.

Returns, Cancellations and Postage Damages
Cancellations are accepted as long as I have not started or carried out any work on your order.
Once I have, an order may still be cancelled but only a partial refund will be available minus the labour costs and fees incurred up to that point on your order.
Returns are not accepted on personalised items due to being a one off creation which cannot be resold or reused.
Returns are accepted within 14 days for any non personalised items. Buyer will cover all costs to return the item and it must be in perfect resale condition with all original tags or packaging to receive a full refund. No refund of costs to return the item will be paid.
Damaged items can sometimes happen during delivery but rest assured if you receive an item damaged in transit please reach out to me with your order details, address, description and images of the damage.
I will then be able to open a claim with the courier and once accepted send you a replacement.
This can sometimes take a few days or a week to processes but it will be handled as quickly as possible.
Refunds are not accepted on damaged items only a like for like replacement.
Order issues can sometimes happen on custom work with lots of unique details.
If you receive your order and have any concerns with it, please reach out to me so I can assist.
Please note if you didn't request a preview and the issue is with your provided personalisation info, or the interpretation of your details, no replacement can be offered.
Custom or Bulk Orders
I specialise in creating custom designs or facilitating bulk orders.
If you want a specific design or item I don't offer please contact me with some information, images of examples of what you are looking for so I can assist.
