Once you have placed an order, your unique design will be normally be created within 1-2 working days.

This can sometimes takes longer at peak times like Christmas, but if you are in a rush and want to check, just contact me.

I take pride in supplying the best quality prints possible, to all my lovely customers.

Your design is produced using high quality Archival Inks on a professional photographic printer, printed onto 230gsm Matte Archival paper.

This ensures your print won't just look good today, but will last for a long time to come!

Standard sizes are;
A5: 14.8 x 21.0 cm or 5.83 x 8.27 inches
A4: 21.0 x 29.7 cm or 8.27 x 11.69 inches
A3: 29.7 x 42 cm or 11.69 x 16.54 inches
A2: 42 x 59.4 cm or 16.5 x 23.4 inches

However, I am able to offer almost any size upon request, just contact me for a price.

I offer frames for the A5, A4 and A3 sized prints, giving an ideal small, medium and large size option perfect for present or home artwork.

Our wooden (mdf) frames are available in either a black or white matt finish, with thin 18mm bezels.

For child safety and easier shipping they are fitted with plexiglass.

The A5 and A4 frames are wall mountable or freestanding with a kick stand, whilst the larger A3 is just wall mountable.

All frames come ready made, with your design inside, ideal if you wish to send directly to someone as a present.

Want to see a preview of your design before its posted out?

Absolutely! Just ask for a preview when ordering and I will send you a digital proof of your design via email to check before its printed.

To avoid delays I do not send a preview (proof) as standard on every order.

When ordering a Digital Download item this will be sent to you via email, to the email address used at checkout.

No physical item is sent for Digital Download orders. If you would like an actual physical item please order one of the print only or framed prints.

Digital prints take the same time to create, usually 1-2 working days, but not time waiting for a courier to deliver it.

All physical orders are carefully packaged and sent using a tracked courier, usually royal mail but can sometimes be alternatives.

Delivery normally takes 2-3 working days (UK) and around 7-10 working days (International).

If you live local to Castleford, orders are available to collect from Cutsyke Post Office WF10 5DY - select local pickup at checkout.

If you are needing your gift as fast as possible, please contact me.

I have options such as express couriers or local pickup to ensure you get your item ASAP.

Cancellations are accepted as long as I have not started or carried out any work on your order.

Returns are only accepted for damaged or design errors (my fault). Buyer is responsible for covering return costs and items must be received back in original condition within 14 days.

Alternatively a free replacement is available.

Damaged items can sometimes happen during delivery but rest assured if you receive an item damaged in transit please reach out to me with your order details, address, description and images of the damage.

I will then be able to open a claim with the courier and send you a replacement.

Order issues can sometimes happen on custom work with lots of unique details.

Please note if you didn't request a preview and the issue is with your provided personalisation info, or the interpretation of your details, no free replacement can be offered.
