{ How to Order }

1) Select your preferred print size and frame options

2) In the Personalisation Box, write the following;
- Your pet breed from the options (see images - drop me a message if you are unsure)
- Your pets name
- Any additional text under the name
- Colour number for the dog portrait and text
- Colour number for the lower square (see images for options)

4) Lastly, if you would like to check your design before its posted to make sure its exactly as you imagined. Then please leave me a note in the personalisation box, requesting to see a preview. This will be sent over to you via ETSY messages so please keep checking your ETSY account.

Then add the item to your basket, purchase and await delivery of your beautiful print.

{ Processing Time }

My normal processing time is approximately 2 working days (Mon-Fri), but this can change at busy periods like Christmas. When ordering you will always see an estimated delivery date based on the latest processing and shipping times.

I also offer a 1 day express service, available as a postage upgrade at checkout. This will mean your item is made and dispatched the same or next working day.
